Join our nutrition education group to explore hunger cues, unhealthy connections to food and emotional eating, joyful movement, and more. If you’re tired of the dieting, “summer body” pressure and feeling the dread of summer clothes and swimsuits, this is the place for you! Let's rewrite your summer story together.
FIRST STEPS: Our goal is to create a supportive group environment for those struggling with emotional eating, binge eating, disordered eating and/or chronic dieting. Because struggles with food behaviors require varied levels of treatment, one of our dietitians will conduct an individual assessment with you prior to group admission to see if this group is appropriate for you!
Start your new path by meeting others ready to ditch the diet mentality. Explore past summers and envision a new approach to living life in a more accepting and joyous way. Delve into the concept of rejecting food restriction and embracing mindful eating. Let's all build a foundation for lasting change!
